This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We work tirelessly within budgets to ensure value, stay on top of schedules for timely service and work closely with clients to design your vision. Bring your own plan or allow us to design your dream from scratch.
Construction
We work only with trusted subcontractors. Accountability and cooperation through our (TQM) total quality management model throughout the entire build ensures value to the client. From design to production no step is taken until the client is completely satisfied.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction. Barys, LLC is always responsible for the final cleaning of the property.
